Mission Service Opportunities

At Beulah Mission Opportunities Abound for all ages

Champions for Christ Grades K-6 participate in missions by giving their time to go and sing at the local nursing homes periodically throughout the year.

Youth: Grades 7-12: Beulah's youth are very active in going and serving throughout our local community and several of our youth have traveled in recent years to Massachusetts doing backyard Bible clubs and prayer walking and to Red Springs, NC to work on the Lumbee Indian reservation there doing a construction project.

Adults of all ages: Beulah's adults of all ages are active throughout the year doing various mission projects ranging from construction work on homes to wheelchair ramps and just about anything in between.

Church Mission Activities

Yearly Mission Week: either locally or out-of-state; in 2017 we'll be headed out-of-state for our mission week. Local help to people in our community goes on throughout the year.

Operation Christmas Child: this is one of our biggest missions that is carried on throughout the year leading up to the sending of the boxes, in 2016 we shipped 200 boxes overseas through OCC.

Annie Armstrong Mission Offering: this offering is taken during the Easter season and is used to help support North American Missionaries

Alma Hunt Offering: this offering is used to help mission efforts here in the state of Virginia

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering: this offering is used to support foreign missionaries around the world.

Vacation Bible School is a mission effort designed to share the love of Christ and His-so-great salvation with all children and youth throughout Westmoreland, Richmond, and Northumberland counties. This is a fantastic week requiring many volunteers from the church body to serve as we seek to reach children, youth, and adults for Christ.
